Judgment / Order

The present petition has been filed by the petitioner with the
following prayers:-
"i) Issue an appropriate writ order or direction in the nature
thereof thereby the respondents be directed to continue the
petitioners on the post of Gram Panchayat Sahayak.
ii) Issue an appropriate writ order or direction in the nature
thereof thereby, respondents be directed to adjust the petitioners
in another gram Panchayat on account of upgradation the Gram
Panchayat Patti Kala and Patti Khurd, in the Nagar Palika.
iii) Issue an appropriate writ, order or direction in the nature
thereof thereby, the respondent be directed to release the pending
payment/due salary of the petitioners from July 2021 to till date
for the post of Gram Panchayat Sahayak along with interest
@18% per annum with all consequential benefits.
iv) Issue an appropriate writ, order or direction in the nature
thereof thereby, impugned order dated 27.07.2021 may kindly be
quashed and set aside."

At the outset, counsel for the petitioners submits that with
regard to the prayer of the petitioners for their adjustments on the
post of Gram Panchayat Sahayak after formation of the
municipality, has been adjusted by the respondents under the
concerned municipality, however, the petitioners have not been
paid the salary for the period they have worked as a Gram
Panchayat Sahayak.
In view of the unresolved grievance of the petitioners only in
regard to the salary for the period they have worked as a Gram
Panchayat Sahayak prior to their adjustment in their municipality,
the petitioners can make a detailed representation to the
concerned authorities for redressal of their grievances.
This writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioners
to submit a representation to the concerned authorities for their
remaining grievances.
