The present misc. application has been filed by the applicant-

petitioners for correction in the cause title of the writ petition No.

13242/2023 and of the order dated 14.12.2023.

Counsel for the applicant-petitioners submits that in the

cause title while mentioning the plans of constitution of the

(2 of 2) [WMAP-9/2024]

petitioner No. 1 inadvertently in place of 'District Dausa', 'District

Karauli' has been mentioned and therefore same needs to be

corrected.

For the reasons mentioned in the misc. application, same is

allowed and the place of posting of petitioner No. 1- Mr. Lakhan

Lal Sharma which is mentioned as 'Government Senior Secondary

School, Khohra Mulla District Karauli', is ordered to be corrected

as Principal at 'Government Senior Secondary School Khohra

Mulla District Dausa'.

This order be treated as part and partial of the order dated

14.12.2023. Corrected cause title has been filed with the misc.

application which is taken on record.
