Counsel for the petitioner after after arguing at some length

submits that the petitioner may be allowed liberty to make a

representation to the Competent Authority for the grievances

which have been raised in the present petition, in light of the

judgment dated 29.08.2019, passed in case of State of

Rajasthan and Ors. Vs. Poonam Sharma (D.B. Special

Appeal Writ No.815/2019) and other connected matters.

In view of the limited prayer made by counsel for the

petitioner, the present writ petition is disposed of with liberty to

the petitioner to make a representation to the Competent

Authority for the redressal of his grievance which have been raised

in the present writ petition.

Since, the main petition has been disposed of, the stay

application and all pending application/s, if any, also stand

disposed of.
