Counsel for the petitioners submits that after filing of the

present writ petition, the respondents themselves by issuing order

dated 07.10.2015 have granted relaxation and the grievances of

the petitioners have been resolved.

In view of the above, no further cause of action survives in

the present writ petition. Therefore, this writ petition is dismissed

as having become infructuous.

Since the main petition has been dismissed, the stay

application and all pending application/s, if any, also stand

dismissed.
