1. The present petition has been preferred against the

judgment/award dated 20.11.2002 passed by learned Labour

Court, Sriganganagar in Labour Case No.59/2001 whereby the

reference dated 12.02.2001 as made by the State of Rajasthan

was decided against the claimant-workman and it was held that

termination dated 29.04.1983 of the workman was legal and valid.

2. On 06.03.2018, when the matter was listed, none appeared

on behalf of the petitioner.

3. Today also, none has appeared for the petitioner.

4. In view of the same, the present writ petition is dismissed

in non-prosecution.
