1. Mr. Girish Joshi, learned counsel for the respondents submits

that bunch of identical writ petitions have been dismissed by a co-

ordinate Bench of this Court in the case led by S.B. Civil Writ

Petition No.5531/2015 : Institute of Advanced Studies in

Education, (IASE) Vs. Union of India & Ors., decided on

08.01.2024.

2. Mr. Choudhary, learned counsel for the petitioners is not in a

position to dispute the aforesaid position of facts and law.

3. Following the reasoning given in the judgment dated

08.01.2024, passed by co-ordinate Bench of this Court in the case

of Institute of Advanced Studies in Education (supra), the present

writ petitions are also dismissed.

4. The stay applications also stand dismissed, accordingly.
