1. At the outset, it is submitted by learned counsel for the

petitioners submits that the issue raised in the present writ

petition is covered by an order passed by this Court in case of

Manoj Kumar Saini & Ors. Vs. State of Rajasthan & Ors.: S.B. Civil

Writ Petition No. 17470/2023 decided on 09.11.2023. He submits

that the competent authority may be asked to consider the

pending representation of the petitioner in light of the aforesaid

judgment.

2. In view of the aforesaid submission, without commenting on

the merits of the case, the petition filed by the petitioners is disposed

[2024:RJ-JD:9404] (2 of 2) [CW-2558/2024]

of with a direction to the competent authority to decide the

representation of the petitioners, in accordance with law, keeping in

view the observations made in the case of Manoj Kumar Saini

(supra), as expeditiously as possible.
