controversy has already been decided by a Coordinate Bench of

this Court in the case of Jagdish Bhanoda Vs. State of Raj. &

[2024:RJ-JD:9172] (2 of 2) [CW-2458/2024]

Ors. : S.B. Civil Writ Petition No.773/2009, decided on

29.07.2009.

In view of the aforesaid consensus between learned counsel

for the parties, the present petition is also disposed of in same

terms as judgment ibid.
