1. At the outset, it is submitted by learned counsel for the

petitioners that the issue raised in the present writ petition is

covered by an order passed by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court

[2024:RJ-JD:9167] (2 of 2) [CW-2444/2024]

in the case of Reena Kunwar Chundawat Vs. State of

Rajasthan & Ors. : S.B. Civil Writ Petition No.10893/2022,

decided on 13.10.2022. He submits that the respondents may be

directed to consider the representation of the petitioner in light of

the aforesaid judgment.

2. In view of the aforesaid submissions, without commenting on

the merits of the case, the petition filed by the petitioners is

disposed of with a direction to the competent authority to decide

the representation of the petitioners, in accordance with law,

keeping in view the observations made in the case of Reena

Kunwar Chundawat (supra), as expeditiously as possible.
