controversy has already been decided by a Coordinate Bench of

this Court in the case of Marudhar Balika Vidhyapeeth

Vidyawadi Vs. State of Rajasthan & Ors.: S.B. Civil Writ

Petition No. 6082/2020, decided on 26.04.2013.

In view of the aforesaid consensus between the parties, the

present petition is also disposed of in same terms as judgment

ibid.
