1. At the outset, it is submitted by learned counsel for the
petitioners that the issue raised in the present writ petition is
covered by an order passed by a Coordinate Bench of this Court in
case of Rakesh Kumar Meena & Ors. Vs. State of Rajasthan &
Ors.: S.B. Civil Writ Petition No.4479/2022, decided alongwith
other connected matters on 04.02.2023. He submits that the
[2024:RJ-JD:8650] (3 of 3) [CW-1709/2024]
respondents may be directed to consider the representation dated
22.06.2021 (Annex.6) of the petitioners in light of the aforesaid
judgment.
2. In view of the aforesaid submission, without commenting on
the merits of the case, the petition filed by the petitioners is
disposed of with a direction to the competent authority to decide
the representation dated 22.06.2021 (Annex.6) of the petitioners,
in accordance with law, keeping in view the observations made in
the case of Rakesh Kumar Meena (supra), as expeditiously as
possible.
