1. Mr. S.R. Paliwal, learned counsel for the respondents
submitted that the judgment dated 25.03.2021 passed by Division
Bench at Jaipur Bench in D.B. Civil Special Appeal No.1143/2018
has been stayed by Hon'ble the Supreme Court vide its order
dated 17.09.2021 passed in Special Leave to Appeal
No.13802/2021 (Mukesh Kumar Meena & Ors. Vs. Dharmendra
Kumar Bhinchar & Ors.).
2. In view of the aforesaid, this Court is not inclined to continue
with the present contempt petition.
3. Notices of contempt are hereby discharged.
5. The present contempt petition stands disposed of
accordingly.
6. Needless to observe that in case, the above referred Special
Leave to Appeal filed by the State Government is rejected or the
[2024:RJ-JD:8739] (2 of 2) [WCP-204/2022]
Division Bench's judgment is otherwise affirmed, the petitioner
shall be free to file a fresh contempt petition.
