1. At the very outset, it is submitted by learned counsel for the
petitioners that the issue raised in the present writ petition is
covered by an order passed by a Coordinate Bench of this Court in
case of Jassa Ram Choudhary & Ors. Vs. State of Rajasthan
& Ors. (S.B. Civil Writ Petition No.17901/2023), decided on
09.11.2023. He submits that the respondents may be directed to
consider the pending representation of the petitioners in the light
of the aforesaid judgment.
2. In view of the aforesaid submission, without commenting on
merits of the case, the writ petition filed by the petitioners is
disposed of with a direction to the competent authority to decide
the pending representation of the petitioners, in accordance with
[2024:RJ-JD:8786] (4 of 4) [CW-2339/2024]
law, keeping in view the observations made in the case of Jassa
Ram Choudhary (supra), as expeditiously as possible.
3. Pending applications, if any, shall also stand disposed of.
