1. Learned counsel for the parties are ad idem that similar

controversy has already been decided by a Coordinate Bench of

this Court in the case of Smt. Seema Rani & Ors. Vs. State of

Rajastha & Ors.: S.B. Civil Writ Petition No.2375/2023

decided on 01.02.2024.

2. In view of the aforesaid consensus between learned counsel

for the parties, the present petition is also disposed of in same

terms as judgment ibid.

3. Benefits be accorded to the petitioner within a period of

three months from the date petitioner approaches the competent

authority of the respondents along with a web print copy of the

instant order.
