In compliance of the order dated 18.12.2023 passed by this

Court, a report has been received from the concerned Police

Station informing that sole respondent Ramavtar Sharma has

expired on 28.12.2020 and a copy of death certificate is also

annexed.

In view of above, nothing survives in the present criminal

appeal and the same is dismissed as abated.
