Learned counsel for the respondents No.3 & 4 submits that

the process of consideration of the petitioners for allotment of

shop(s) in the Kukerkhera Mandi shall be completed within a

period of three months from the date of communication of this

order.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that this writ

petition may be disposed of in terms of assurance extended by the

learned counsel for the respondents No.3 & 4.
