petitioners seek permission to withdraw the present writ petition

with liberty to file fresh one.

In view of the prayer made by counsel appearing for the

petitioner, the present writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with

liberty to the petitioners to file fresh one in case need arises on

the basis of fresh cause of action.

Since the main petition has been dismissed as withdrawn, all

other pending application/s, if any, also stands dismissed.
