As per the status report dated 20.08.2020 furnished by the

Station House Officer, Khairthal, District Alwar, the appellant-

Rajesh Kumar son of Hardwari Lal has expired on 04.02.2019. The

report is accompanied with the death certificate dated 28.02.2019

as also the certificate dated 20.08.2020 issued by the Village

Development Officer, Gram Panchayat, Harsauli, Panchayat Samiti

Kotkasim, Alwar.

In view thereof, this appeal stands abated and is dismissed

accordingly.
