controversy involved herein is no more res integra and stands
resolved by a coordinate Bench judgment of this Court dated
08.02.2017 passed in the case of Satish Kumar Sharma versus
The Secretary, Rajasthan Public Service Commission: SB
Civil Writ Petition No.7673/2016 and other connected matter
whereby, the writ petitions were dismissed.
Accordingly, these civil writ petitions are dismissed as well.
