Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that in light

of the judgment of Hon'ble Supreme Court passed in Transfer

Petition (Civil) No.680/2024 titled as Ankita Agarwal

(Goyal) Vs. Abhishek Agarwal, the FIR No.56/2021 registered

at Police Station Mahila Thana, District Jaipur (West) for the

offence under Section 498-A and 406 of IPC has been quashed.

Hence, the instant matter has become infructuous.

Considering the same, the instant petitions are dismissed.

Pending applications, if any, stand disposed of.
