On 01.02.2024, following order was passed:-

"Counsel for the petitioner is directed to satisfy this Court that the writ petition is maintainable under Article 226 of the

[2024:RJ-JP:15662] (2 of 2) [CW-1574/2021]

Constitution against the impugned notice issued by a private party i.e. JR Toll Road Pvt. Ltd.

Counsel for the petitioner seeks some to apprise this Court about the aforesaid issue.

List on 06.03.2024, as prayed."

On last date, i.e., 14.03.2024, learned counsel for the

petitioner was granted two weeks' further time to complete its

instructions in terms of the aforesaid order.

Today, none appears for the petitioner even in the second

round.

In view thereof, this civil writ petition is dismissed for non-

prosecution. Pending application(s), if any, also stands disposed

of.
