1. Learned counsel for the petitioner after arguing the matter at

some length submits that the petitioner may be allowed liberty to

make a representation to the Competent Authority for the

grievances which have been raised in the present petition, in light

of the judgment dated 29.08.2019 passed by the Division Bench

of this Court in the case of State of Rajasthan and Ors. Vs.

Poonam Sharma (D.B. Special Appeal Writ No.815/2019)

alongwith other connected matters.

2. In view of the limited prayer made by counsel for the

petitioner, the present writ petition is disposed of with liberty to

the petitioner to make a representation to the Competent

Authority for redressal of his grievances which have been raised in

the present petition.

3. Since the main petition has been disposed of, the stay

application and pending application/s, if any, also stand disposed

of.
