1. The present misc. appeal has been filed by the appellant-

claimant seeking enhancement of the compensation amount

awarded vide Judgment dated 22.09.2015 passed by the learned

Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Rajsamand in Claim Case

No.116/2014.

2. During the pendency of the present appeal, the parties have

entered into a Memorandum of Understanding on 30.10.2023,

which is taken on record. As per the said Memorandum of

Understanding, the respondent-insurance company has agreed to

[2023:RJ-JD:36742] (2 of 2) [CMA-2832/2016]

pay further enhanced amount of Rs.3,00,000/-, as a full and final

settlement of the case, within a period of two months from the

date of passing of the order of this Court. The said amount has

been accepted by counsel for the claimant on his behalf as a full

and final settlement.

3. In view of the above, the present appeal is disposed of in

light of the Memorandum of Understanding dated 30.10.2023.

4. All pending applications also stand disposed of.
