On last date, i.e., 13.10.2023, following order was passed:

"Learned counsel for the respondents submits that the payment has been released in favour of wife of the deceased-employee.

[2023:RJ-JP:30053] (2 of 2) [CCP-742/2021]

None for the petitioner even in the second round.

However, in the interest of justice, an opportunity is granted to rebut the aforesaid statement.

List the matter on 17.10.2023 as "fourteenth case" in the cause list as prayed."

Today also, none appears for the petitioner even in second

round.

In view thereof, taking into consideration the contentions

advanced by the learned counsel for the respondents on

13.10.2023, this contempt petition is dismissed.

Notices are discharged.
