None for the petitioner even in the second round to rebut the aforesaid statement.

However, in the interest of justice, the petitioner is granted one more opportunity to rebut the aforesaid statement.

Thereafter, none appeared for the petitioner on 27.02.2023

as also on 14.03.2023.

Today also, none appears for the petitioner even in second

round.

In view thereof, this contempt petition is dismissed for non-

prosecution.

Notices are discharged.
