                                   1.    Learned counsel for the parties jointly submit that the

                                   controversy involved in the present matter is squarely covered the

                                   judgment passed by this Court in Sandeep Kumawat Vs. State

                                   of    Rajasthan      &       Ors.        (S.B.        Civil      Writ   Petition

                                   No.9252/2020), decided on 19.01.2023.

                                   2.    In light of the such submission, the present writ petition is

                                   also disposed of in light of and with similar direction as given in

                                   the case of Sandeep Kumarwat (supra). However, the letter dated

                                   30.05.2023 (Annex.6) is quashed and set aside qua the petitioner.

                                   3.    All pending applications also stand disposed of.
