1. Upon perusal of the judgments impugned, it is revealing that
the cheques were allegedly given by the accused-respondents to
the petitioner, which upon presentation got dishonoured owing to
insufficiency of funds in the account of the accused/ account
closed of the accused. Thus, there seems reasonable grounds to
allow the petitioner to prefer appeals against the impugned
judgments.
2. Accordingly, the instant applications seeking leave to appeal
are allowed. The memos of leave to appeal applications shall be
treated and registered as appeals.
