Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the

controversy involved in the present case is squarely covered by

[2023/RJJD/015112] (2 of 2) [CW-2694/2023]

judgment dated 02.02.2023 passed by a coordinate bench of this

court in S.B.Civil Writ Petition No.981/2022 (Chet Ram V/s

State of Rajasthan & Ors.).

The counsel for the respondents submits that he is not in a

position to dispute the submission made by the counsel for the

petitioners.

Accordingly, the present writ petition is disposed of in terms

of the order dated 02.02.2023 in the case of Chet Ram (supra).
