Ajmer Vidyut Vitran Nigam Ltd, Vidhyt Bhawan Panchsheel Nagar Makadwali Road Ajmer Through Executive Engineer (O And M) A.v.v.n.l. Nagar (Office In Charge Of Case).
----Appellant Versus Narayanram S/o Pemaram, By Caste Jat, R/o Khajwana Police Station, Kuchera, District Nagaur.
----Respondent
For Appellant(s) : Mr. Vikram Choudhary For Respondent(s) : Mr. Jugraj Singh
HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE FARJAND ALI Order
10/05/2023
1. In a prosecution launched at the behest of the petitioner for
the offence under penal provision of the Electricity Act, the
accused respondent Narayanram S/o Pemaram was tried and
ultimately acquitted from the charges.
2. The learned trial Court, after a full-fledged trial, has
acquitted the respondent by giving him benefit of doubt.
Thus, there appears reasonable grounds to allow the
petitioner to prefer an appeal against the impugned
judgment.
3. Accordingly, the instant application seeking leave to appeal is
allowed. The memo of leave to appeal application shall be
treated and registered as an appeal.
4. Office to proceed.
