1. Mr. Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that
the petitioner would be satisfied if the respondents are directed to
consider petitioner's representation (which he would be filing
within four weeks) in accordance with law, more particularly in
light of the Division Bench judgment dated 22.10.2020, rendered
in the case of The Director, Secondary Education, Rajasthan
Vs. Rakesh Purohit & Ors. (D.B. Spl. Appl. Writ
No.368/2020).
2. Ms. Akshiti, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the
respondents submitted that the petitioner is not entitled for the
benefits he has claimed.

3. Be that as it may. Acceding to the innocuous prayer of the
petitioner, the present petition is disposed of with direction to the
petitioner to file a representation within a period of 4 weeks along
with certified copy of the order instant and copies of the judgment
which he wants to rely upon.
4. In case, a representation is so addressed, the competent
authority shall consider the same in accordance with law, as early
as possible, preferably within a period of 8 weeks of receipt of the
representation.
5. It is made clear that aforesaid direction to decide the
petitioner's representation has been issued only with a view to
ensure expeditious redressal of petitioner's grievance. The same
may not be construed to be an order to decide the representation
in a particular manner.
6. The stay petition also stands disposed of.
