01/05/2023 Learned counsel for the parties are in agreement that the controversy involved in the present case is squarely covered by the judgment dated 01/12/2022 passed by this Court in S.B. Civil Writ Petition No.3595/2022 (Kanhaiya Lal vs. State of Rajasthan & Ors.) and other connected writ petitions.

For the same reasons, the present writ petition is allowed in terms of the order passed by this Court in Kanhaiya Lal (supra).

The stay application and other pending applications, if any, also stand disposed of.
