      It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the

consideration the judgment rendered by Division Bench of this

                                   Court in State of Rajasthan Vs. Roop Nagar Dugdh Utpadak

                                   Sahakari Samiti Ltd. (D.B. Spl. Appl. Writ No.704/2015),

                                   decided on 18.05.2022.

                                         Learned counsel for the respondents agrees with the

                                   submission made by learned counsel for the petitioner.

                                         In view of above, the present writ petition is disposed of with

                                   a direction to the respondents to decide the representation /

                                   objection of the petitioner on or before 31.03.2023, while keeping

                                   into consideration the judgment rendered by Division Bench of this

                                   Court in State of Rajasthan Vs. Roop Nagar Dugdh Utpadak

                                   Sahakari Samiti Ltd. (supra), strictly in accordance with law.

                                         All pending applications also stand disposed of accordingly.
