Mr. Rajendra Prasad, Director of petitioner College,
present in person, submits that their application for extending
the seats from 50 to 100 for two years Diploma Course in
Animal Husbandry for the Academic Session 2021-22 and
thereon, has not been allowed.
Ms. Sheetal Mirdha, learned AAG appearing for the
respondent State submits that earlier the application of the
petitioner- College was considered and the same was rejected
and the order of rejection was conveyed to the petitioner-
College and after framing of the new Policy under the
directions of the Court order, the petitioner did not submit
any fresh application.
Admit.

Since the respondents are represented through
their counsel, therefore, no notices are required to them.
Pleadings are complete.
No case for interim relief is made out. Hence, the
stay application is dismissed.
List the matter for hearing in due course.
