The instant writ petition was admitted on 04.04.2019 and

interim order was also passed staying the operation of order dated

23.02.2019.

Respondent has filed an application under Article 226 (3) of

Constitution of India for vacation of ex-parte interim order dated

04.04.2019.

In view of the controversy involved in the writ petition, this

Court is not inclined to vacate the ex-parte interim order after

about four years. Hence, the application is dismissed.

List this matter after four weeks.

Till then, interim order, if any, shall continue.
