This Court decided the writ petition in the nature of Public

Interest Litigation No.12482/2022 and issued direction to the

respondents to proceed in light of the judgment in the case of

Jagdish Prasad Meena Vs. State of Rajasthan & Ors. [D.B.

Civil Writ Petition (PIL) No.10819/2018]. The applicants

herein have filed the instant application praying that even though

they are having pattas valid title over the plots in question, the

respondent authorities are trying to forcibly dispossess them

without providing them proper opportunity of hearing.

Issue notice of the misc. application to the respondents.

Shri Sunil Beniwal, learned AAG puts in appearance on behalf

of the State Authorities. Thus, process be issued to the writ

petitioners (respondents Nos.8-13). Shri Beniwal shall instruct the

authorities concerned, not to take coercive action against those

persons who are having pattas/titles over the land in question

without following due process of law.

List after four weeks.
