passed in a batch of writ petitions in which leading was D.B. Civil

Writ Petition No.18488/2016- The Union of India & Ors. Vs. Dev

Karan Mahala & Ors..

Issue notice to the respondent by registered post, returnable

within six weeks.

List for admission/final disposal immediately thereafter.

Until further order of this Court, the effect and operation of

the impugned judgment and order dated 26.08.2022 shall remain

stayed.
