Learned counsel for petitioner has challenged the transfer

order dated 20.12.2022 on the ground that the transfer order has

been passed without his request, however, no TA/DA has been

paid to the petitioner. The petitioner challenged the transfer order

by filing appeal No.6541/2022 before the Rajasthan Civil Services

Appellate Tribunal, Jaipur (hereafter referred to "the Tribunal"),

however the same has been dismissed and affirmed the transfer

order by the Tribunal vide judgment dated 4.1.2023.

Learned counsel for petitioner states that petitioner is

suffering from physical ailment and is not able to walk normally

and further he is likely to retire, therefore, on the instruction of

petitioner, counsel for petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the

writ petition to make detailed representation before respondents.

Permission is granted.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of with liberty as

prayed for.

Stay application and any other pending application, if any,

stand disposed of.
