1. Accused-appellant has preferred this application for
suspension of sentence.
2. Heard on application for suspension of sentence.
3. It is contended by counsel for the appellant that the case
rests upon circumstantial evidence and the chain is not complete.
4. Learned Additional Government Advocate has opposed the
application for suspension of sentence.
5. We have considered the contentions and have perused the
record as well as judgment passed by the Court below.

6. There is last seen evidence and the DNA of the accused also
matches with the DNA received from dead body of the deceased
who is a young child aged about seven years.
7. Considering the above, we are not inclined to entertain the
application for suspension of sentence.
8. Accordingly, the application for suspension of sentence
application is rejected.
