28/02/2023 The matters come up on the applications for early

listing of the writ petitions.

Mr. Sharma, also placed before this Court a copy of

the order dated 11.09.2019 passed by this Court in SBCW

P.No. 1107/2019, Sandeep Bunkar v. State of Rajasthan &

Ors., saying that all these petitions along-with other

connected petitions are covered by the aforesaid order.

In view of the submissions made above as also the

reasons mentioned in the aforesaid applications, same are

allowed and the registry is directed to list these matters for

admission on 8.03.2023 along-with SBCW P. Nos. 3720/2019,

376/2019, 3699/2019, 3697/2019, 3069/2019 and

3067/2019.
