The matter comes up on an application (inward

No.1 dated 17.1.2023) filed by the petitioner for closure of

the reply of the respondents.

As per the office report, the service of notice upon

the contesting respondent No.3-Suresh Gyan Vihar University

has not been effected so far and the petitioner has also failed

to submit the Registered A.D. as required.

In view of the above, the application (Inward No.1

dated 17.01.2023) for closure of the reply of the respondents

is dismissed.

Counsel appearing for the petitioner through V.C.

prays for issuing fresh notice to the respondent No.3.

Issue fresh notice to the respondent No.3. Rule is
