HON'BLE DR. JUSTICE NUPUR BHATI

Order

20/02/2023

An application has been preferred on behalf of the petitioner

with a prayer for extension of interim order dated 09.11.2021.

A perusal of the interim order dated 09.11.2021 makes it

clear that the same is not absolute and requires extension from

time to time.

However, in view of the Hon'ble Apex Court judgment passed

in the case of Asian Resurfacing of Road Agency Vs. Central

Bureau of Investigation; 2018 (16) SCC 299 the interim order

dated 09.11.2021 is extended for a further period of six months or

till the disposal of the petition whichever is earlier.

The application (IA No.01/22) stands disposed of accordingly.
