Judgment / Order

08/02/2023 The petitioner has preferred instant writ petition

with the prayer to issue directions to the respondents to enter

his name in the revenue record, of the land situated in Khasra

Nos. 984 and 985, in Village Ghasipura, Tehsil Khandela,

District Sikar, in pursuance of allotment order dated

26.6.1999 and the mutation may be made on his name in

accordance with law.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that the land

situated in Khasra Nos. 984 and 985 was allotted to the

[2023/RJJP/002177] (2 of 2) [CW-16526/2019]

petitioner vide allotment letter dated 26.6.1999 but the

respondents are not entering his name in the revenue record

for the said land.

Counsel for the respondents submits that the

respondents are ready to consider the case of the petitioner

as per the provisions of law and will do needful within one

month.

Considering the submissions of both the parties,

this Court deems just and proper to direct the petitioner to

submit a detailed representation to the respondents with

regard to the prayer made in the writ petition and the

respondents shall consider the same as per the provisions of

law.

The writ petition stands disposed of accordingly.
