Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that issue raised

in the present writ petition is squarely covered by the judgment in

D.B. Spl. Appl. Writ No. 847/2022, wherein the Division Bench,

has issued directions with regard to answer to question No. 38 in

the final answer key of Live Stock Assistant Recruitment - 2022

and, therefore, the present writ petition may also be decided in

light of the Division Bench judgment.

Learned counsel for the respondents made submissions that

the order in the case of Suman & Ors. Vs. State of Rajasthan &

Ors. : D.B. Spl. Appl. Writ No. 847/2022, decided on 2.2.2023 is

judgment in rem and would be given effect in the case of

petitioners also.

In that view of the matter, the petition filed by the

petitioners is disposed of. The respondents are directed to give

effect to the judgment in the case of Suman (supra) as per the

submissions made hereinbefore.
