03/02/2023 By way of this writ petition, petitioner is claiming seniority

from 26.3.1990 in place of 10.5.2000 and writ petition has been

filed on 23.1.2023.

Petitioner has placed reliance on the judgment passed by the

Coordinate Bench of this Court in Om Prakash & Ors, Vs. The

State of Rajasthan & Ors, SBCWP No.21214/2017 decided on

21.11.2017 and in case of Roopa Ram & Ors. Vs. State of

Rajasthan & Ors, SBCWP No.13882/2019 decided on

23.9.2019.

Since the issue involved in the present writ petition is of legal

nature, the writ petition is admitted.

Issue notice to respondents.

After service of notice, respondents may file reply and after

completion of pleadings, petitioner is at liberty to move application

for early hearing.
