This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking

refund of a sum of Rs.7,74,150/-, the differential amount as also

refund of the earnest money of Rs.6,24,200/- along with interest

@ 18% per annum from the date the same became payable till its

final payment.

Learned counsel for the respondents undertakes to refund

the differential amount of Rs.7,74,150/- as also the earnest

money of Rs.6,24,200/- with interest 6% per annum from

17.01.2019 and 01.08.2013 respectively within a period of four

weeks from today.

Learned counsel for the petitioner prays for disposal of the

writ petition in terms of undertaking given by the learned counsel

for the respondents.

This writ petition is disposed of in terms of

assurance/undertaking extended by the learned counsel for the

respondents.
