The matter comes upon an application for extension of the

interim order dated 20.07.2021 in view of the directions issued in

the Apex Court judgment in the case of Asian Resurfacing of

Road Agency Pvt. Ltd. & Ors. Vs. Central Bureau of

Investigation; (2018) 16 SCC 299.

A perusal of the record shows that the present is a revision

petition against the order whereby the application under Order VII

Rule 11 of the Code of Civil Procedure as preferred by the

defendant-petitioner was rejected. It is clear that if the interim

order is not extended, the present revision petition itself would

become infructuous. In the petition, the service of the

respondents is not yet complete and therefore, the hearing of the

petition is likely to take time.

In view of the above facts, the interim order dated

20.07.2021 is extended till further orders.

The application is disposed of accordingly.
