This contempt petition has been filed by the petitioner

challenging non compliance of the judgment dt.13.5.2019 passed

by this court in S.B. Civil Second Appeal No.137/2018.

During the course of arguments, learned counsel for the

respondents has handed over a cheque No.000011 dt. 1.2.2023 of

Rs.66000/- to be drawn HDFC Bank, Sikar in the name of the

petitioner. The keys of the tenanted premises already been handed

over to Sh. Rajesh Kyal, Power of Attorney holder to the

petitioner-decree-holder-Vishvanath Kyal.

Learned counsel for the respondent has handed over a copy

of the aforesaid cheque to the court master of this court which is

taken on record.

In view of the above, the present contempt petition stands

disposed of.

Notices stand discharged.
