1. Learned counsel for the petitioner at the outset make a

limited submission that the respondents may be directed to

consider and decide the representation of the petitioner, while

keeping into consideration the judgment passed by a Co-ordinate

Bench of this Court in the matter of Dara Singh v. State of

Rajasthan & Ors.: S.B.Civil Writ Petition No.11973/2012,

decided on 17.12.2012.

2. In light of such limited submission, the present writ petition

is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to decide the

representation of the petitioner, while keeping into consideration

[2023:RJ-JD:42570] (2 of 2) [CW-18836/2023]

the judgment of Dara Singh (Supra), by passing a speaking order

within a period of three months from the date of receipt of

certified copy of this order, strictly in accordance with law.

3. All pending applications also stand disposed of accordingly.
