1. Learned counsel for the petitioners at the outset make a

limited submission that the respondents may be directed to

consider and decide the representation of the petitioners, while

keeping into consideration the judgment passed by a Co-ordinate

Bench of this Court in the matter of Dara Singh Vs. State of

[2023:RJ-JD:42145] (2 of 2) [CW-18674/2023]

Rajasthan & Ors. : S.B. Civil Writ Petition No.11973/2012,

decided on 17.12.2012.

2. In light of such limited submission, the present writ petition

is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to decide the

representation of the petitioners, while keeping into consideration

the judgment of Dara Singh (Supra), by passing a speaking order,

strictly in accordance with law.

3. All pending applications, if any, also stand disposed of

accordingly.
