Learned counsel for the petitioner at the outset makes a

limited submission that the respondents may be directed to

consider and decide the representation of the petitioner, while

keeping into consideration the judgment rendered by Jaipur Bench

of this Court in State of Rajasthan & Anr. Vs. The

Management Committee Sh. Bhagwan Das Todi College :

D.B. Special Appeal (Writ) No.663/2015, decided on

06.11.2015.

Learned counsel for the respondents do not have any

objection regarding the submission made by learned counsel for

the petitioner.

In light of such submission, the present writ petition is

disposed of with a direction to the respondents to decide the

representation of the petitioner, while keeping into consideration

the judgment passed by Jaipur Bench of this Court in Sh.

Bhagwan Das Todi (supra), within a period of three months from

today, strictly in accordance with law.

All pending applications stand disposed of.

The order has been passed based on the submissions made

in the petition, the respondents would be free to examine the

veracity of the submissions made in the petition and only in case,

the averments made therein are found to be correct, the petitioner

would be entitled to the relief.
